This is how I feel now. I want to bring a dog to bite the copycat. But I'm scared of dogs. How? :(

Credit Fenying

Ingredients A
120g Egg
240ml Water
¼ TSP Salt

Ingredients B
50g Japanese Shiitake Mushroom (washed and drained)
30g Chicken (Diced)
4 Prawn (Remove shells, washed and drained)

Methods:

1. Mix (A) well in a large bowl, strain.
2. Bring water to boil in a steamer.
3. Place 4 tea bowl into steamer, steam for 5 minutes.
4. Pour egg mixture to ⅓ high in each tea bowl, steam over low heat for 8-10 minutes, until cooked.
5. When cooked, add (B) into each bowl, top up with equal amount of the the remaining egg mixture.
6. Steam over low flame for 10 minutes, until cooked.
7. Serve.

拔牙记

刚开始有这个blog的时候，很兴奋地告诉自己一定要把大小事情都写下来。

现在我看我是大小事情都不记下来了。所以一直以来都觉得很亏待这个blog。我重新 '开张' 它吧。

而且以前觉得用华语写blog和sms 很老土，很'ah lian' 可是久了之后觉得其实很多话用华语还比较容易表达，而且很多朋友是不会看华语，所以偶尔还可以怨两句也没有人问长问短。

早在前几个月，隔了七年，再一次去看牙医，因为实在忍不住牙齿不是很干净的样子，其实现在想起来，还蛮丢脸。哈哈。牙医听到我那么久没看过牙医，也在笑我。我看她应该是比较吓到。那次洗牙后，整个人都比较自信一点。

牙医也建议我把那颗生错位置的牙齿拔掉，反正也没什么用处，留在那里也只会弄丑我的照片。就这样我才忍痛去拔牙。

其实男朋友问我很多次是不是真的要拔掉。说实话，其实有一点不确定。可是已经对明明很美的照片，却被一颗虎牙毁掉的那种感觉忍无可忍了。所以索性拔掉。

牙齿。。死不大颗。我还没拍照，怕别人觉得很恶心。而且我最开心的，是一点都不痛。旁边的牙齿可能是有不小心弄到，所以有点不舒服，可是我的伤口复原的很快，也不会痛。目前为止只吃了一次止痛药，可是也是因为避免痛了才吃，所以才服用，不然应该不需要。还以为要吃很多天的粥，结果才吃两餐。

牙齿不会痛，照片以后不会丑，这一切都值得！

Quick Updates

Everything shall be in point form since the title shouts quick updates :)

-The annual VBS is 'happening' now. This year is actually a lot more quiet though there are still 280 kids! I don't know what's different, it just feels different. I'm not the only one who thinks so anyway.

-My hair color is 'set' already. I have a picture of my hair really really red, somewhere in my computer. Will post it up when I find it. Hehe. That's the only time my hair is in the shade I like. Other times it's light maroon or dirty red :(

-2009 is coming to its end soon. It actually scares me... that it passes by so soon! I'm not quite ready for next year.

-Speaking of next year, I actually have 2 jobs offer :) It really is by God's grace...(will write more in the other blog) But both can't be secured because of school's timetable. It's not out until now! I'm really panicking already but they are still not bothered.

-Exam is pretty near too. Also don't know the timetable. *BIG FROWN BY NOW*

-Am really into baking (again). Current favourite baking blog is www.bakerella.com

Had been MIA for long, sorry!

Have got many things to blog about but I'd start with my hair first!

Got my hair dyed again yesterday, after many years.


Hair color is something like this under the sun. Maybe a little darker. I love it. Am "struggling" with the fringe tho. Have not had fringe for few months so the parting is there already. Hhm. We'll see how photos turned out to be when my hair really 'settles' down! :D

Mann I'm so nervous about the coming birthday. A huge leap from teenage to adulthood, i guess.

Carrie's birthday <3

A year ago, I wrote here about her birth and my best wishes for her.

A year later, she become dearer and dearer to each of us!

Had been seeing her very often these days. And boy, I love that girl.

The way she pretends to cling on to you, but actually wanting you to feed her with food, or she pretends to ask for your hug but actually wanting to grab your specs, or the way she puts everything she can hold into her mouth -- so far she's put table cloth, HP, ang paos, all her toys and our fingers.

Or.. the way she pretend she want to kiss me and then... slapped me! Hahaha. Can never stop falling in love with this little angel (:

Her parents celebrated her birthday last Saturday. All the while I think she doesn't quite know what is going on. She is carried from arms to arms and kissed by everyone. When people give her ang pau, she received and put them into her mouth. When there are presents laying around, she crawls over and open them all, and again, put them into her mouth!
